1. General Terms

Fuzzy Logic Equipment Trading Ltd ("Fuzzy Logic Automation") provides industrial automation and electrical services including project-based solutions, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and product supply. All services and transactions are subject to the following terms and conditions.

2. Project-Based Payments

  • All payments are strictly subject to the terms defined in each project agreement or proposal.
  • Payment schedules may be milestone-based, advance-based, or completion-based depending on the scope of the project.
  • Payment timelines, penalties for delays, and variations will be outlined clearly in each project’s quotation or contract.
  • Invoices must be settled as per the due dates specified. Delays beyond the agreed period may incur late payment charges or service interruption.

3. Product Supply and Warranty

  • All products supplied by Fuzzy Logic carry the standard manufacturer's warranty.
  • Warranty periods and coverage vary by manufacturer and product type, and details will be provided at the time of purchase.
  • Warranty claims must be submitted in accordance with the terms and process specified by the manufacturer.

4. AMC and Service Contracts

  • AMC and service contract terms, including coverage, response times, and replacement policies, are defined on a per-project basis.
  • Warranties for services and installations provided under AMC will be covered as per the signed service-level agreement (SLA).
  • Any damage due to misuse, third-party interference, or acts of nature is not covered under the standard service warranty.

5. Delivery and Installation

  • Delivery and installation timelines are estimates and may vary based on site conditions and external dependencies.
  • Fuzzy Logic is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control, including supplier issues, import delays, or client-side readiness.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation policies are defined in each individual project contract.
  • In general, cancellations after work commencement may incur charges for completed work or procured materials.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deduction of applicable costs and will be issued within 30 working days.

7. Compliance with UAE Laws

All contracts, invoices, and services provided by Fuzzy Logic Equipment Trading Ltd are fully compliant with applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
