Junior Accountant

Fuzzy Logic Automations is a growing company specializing in Electrical and SCADA Automation projects for industrial and commercial facilities. We are committed to delivering smart, reliable, and efficient automation solutions. As we expand, we're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our finance team and support daily accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions in the accounting system
• Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, and delivery notes
• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Maintain proper documentation for all purchases, expenses, and payments
• Reconcile bank statements and petty cash
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams for expense tracking
• Assist in VAT filing and compliance
• Maintain organized accounting records and filing systems
• Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 0–2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and UAE VAT
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or Odoo is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills in English
